Bought but told out of stock. Slow delivery

Bought well in advance for an upcoming trip. Was contacted letting me know they didn't have it in stock after I had bought. I didnt mind as it would still arrived some weeks later but still before trip. I didnt arrive until after the trip. Bit disppointing with regards their customer service. Product seems fine.
