Daily Hydration Mix

The hydration mix works well. Other the riding I do high strength training and found that while working out the hydration mix is noticeable then when using regular Gatorade and straight water with bcaa’s. But as far as the hydro power and the that got got in my over $100 bundle I’m not a huge fan. I did exactly what I was told to before my ride day the morning of and through the day and still insane arm pump with no noticeable effects as far as reduced arm pump. I figured it was the first time and the following week I did the same and still no benefits so my overall experience was not so good. I don’t bash companies and even let a friend use it and he said he felt it did help him some but he wouldn’t go out of the way to buy it. All in all the power sticks I feel will be another buy in the near future b/c I’m almost out but probably not the hydro power. Just going to stick with salted water and bananas lol.

Hydration was awsome, Running Security for a Pro National in 98 degree heat, for hours, for multiple days. The hydration packets sure help me from getting dehydrated. Thanks for such a good product!

Best hydration product I've used. I will defiantly use it in all may racing for the foreseeable future.
