Inconsistent sizing, this 40 fits much larger than recent purchase of Mephisto sz 40. Also the ankle strap much much too long for the sizing of the shoe, I had to take to shoe repair and have it shortened. I’d had returned these if possible but was final sale. I assumed a sz 40 in mephisto would be consistent from shoe to shoe. Extremely frustrating.
