VerbaBuds™ AI Translator Earbuds

Great product works well to listen to music on the go, but the app to do the translation is NOT free like advertised it's $33 a month and the seller does not give you a trial subscription with your purchase

Purchased on 3/12 and received on 4/1. I followed the directions and submitted a return/refund request on 4/9. Today is 5/30 and I still have not received my refund, even though I returned the product. No one has responded to any of my emails.The product is completely misrepresented. The “translating earbuds” require a separate app, and the earbuds do not stay connected to Bluetooth—they disconnect constantly. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

i bought these things thinking they would help translate languages but they dont after about a month in i find out the charging case doesnt charge the ear pieces at all so after spending all that money and time they are not worth the money i spent on them i wouldnt recommend them to anyone
