The blouse received does not look like the one online

I ordered a XXXL black. The collar line is very short and near the collarbone, It does not droop down to the cleavage, like on the thinner model online. The fabric is beautiful and the details on the cuffs are very elegant. But the collar is not at all like the picture. Was it a manufacturing mistake?
