I’ve placed two orders with you guys and on both orders. I’m having to get gift cards because the merchandise was not shipped.. I understand that some count systems may be slower to update, but I feel as though I shouldn’t have to be forced to purchase again and pay another shipping fee for the things that I originally paid for in the first place. at this point I’m reluctant to order again because I don’t know if the replacement items would be available and I don’t want to have to keep getting gift cards and be forced to order again.
