Disappointed

The woman on TikTok, you know the one with the yellow sweater, excited about the three new shiny lip glosses that just came out by The Outset ready to show us how shiny and glossy they are??? Well that won me over, sign me up!!!! How fast will it get here, shine? Gloss? Right up my alley!!!!! Pinks and neutrals are my go to's so I had to get Skinny Dip, the color was perfectly shinny with a hint of shimmer. So it finally arrived, me excited, something made from a celebrity that has the passion to make products that women would enjoy and even benefit from...... It's not what I thought it would be, its not shinny at all, not even close to how shiny it was on the girl on TT, its more of a simple lip gloss with shimmer. It's not that I dont like it, its not what you marketed it as nor shown as. And the scent is awful. Not sure what you were going for but it is not it. There are other products out there much more shiny and much more worth the hype. Maybe your other glosses have the shine you say they do but skinny dip isn't.
