Everlane NWT/NWOT Button-Downs — Dupe Heavy

This was our first disappointing experience with NuSource (Helpsy). The lot was advertised as a curated mix of Everlane women’s tops, featuring customer favorites such as The Retro Jersey Polo, The Boxy Flannel, and The Wing-Shoulder Mockneck Top. However, the majority of the items we received were other, less popular styles with lower retail prices, and very low sell-through rates. In addition, the size distribution was highly unbalanced — the overwhelming majority were XS, XXS, or Small, with only one item each in Sizes Large and XL. To make matters worse, two of the tops turned out to be men’s flannel shirts (Size XS), and one item was a women’s thong (Size XXS), which clearly did not belong in a lot of women’s tops. As longtime resellers, our experience leads us to believe that this particular bundle will be difficult to sell unless priced at a significantly reduced level, which will, in turn, have a negative impact on our profit margin. We hope NuSource reviews their quality control and product curation processes to better align with their product descriptions going forward.
