Can't tell the difference using Pre-Wash
Maybe I don't use enough product to benefit, but I can't tell the difference between using prewash and not using prewash. I'm a HUGE hair story original fan, love it and have used it for years and will continue to do so, but the add-ons feel not worth it. It's also unclear to me, do I rinse off pre wash or no rinsing? So little info on the packaging about what it is and how it's supposed to work.

Good stuff!
My hair stylist turned me on to the Hairstory products. I really like using them, and the pre-wash works really well with gently cleaning my scalp; I just wish it weren't so expensive!
