I was so excited for this product until I received it and it was pink rather than uncolored as the rest of my products are. Upon messaging the company, I was notified that this product only comes in that color. I tried it one time and my hair did feel great however I am unable to use products that have die in them. Function of was absolutely wonderful as they refunded me and allowed me to donate the product. I gave it away. Could not have asked for better customer service.
