Great Toilet For The Most Part

Hooking up to the water supply line couldn't be more difficult. You have to be a contortionist and eventually make a trip to the hardware store for a 10" water line for the valve coming from the wall.. The braided water hose does not flex enough to get it to meet with the valve. Lifting the seat assembly up and out does not give you any additional room, and is VERY hard to do! I had to use a screwdriver to pry it out. The instructions suck.

Excellent Customer Service

I love the T16 smart toilet and though I had some issues, the customer service is excellent and prompt in helping resolve the issues.

Some Issues - Quickly Resolved by Horow

Overall satisfied, especially for the price point. Installation went ok after making a few modifications (toilet sits very close to the wall and we had to move the water outlet slightly to get it to fit). Toilet performs as expected, very comfortable. Our first seat stopped functioning after a few months, but Horow sent us a new one pretty quickly. So far so good. One thing I've noticed is that the seat is often already warm when I sit on it, which seems odd. Hopefully not burning up a bunch of energy, but once winter comes I probably won't mind. Thank you Horow for your quick response to our issues.
