Our first smart toilet

After week of using it we have a very positive experience with this toilet. Some things are little bit annoying, like it won't close the lid if we are taking showers near it. I wish to have more info about customization this unit with the remote control to fit our needs better.

Long overdue

Money well spent , did my homework and I am please that this product lives up to the hype , upgrades and bathroom and now it’s hard to get people out of the bathroom, bought 3 and placed one in my powder room, definitely a hit . The automated features means no chance of surprises and love the design , clean and sleek

Great Bidets and even better customer service

We bought two T05s when we remodeled our home 2 years ago. One of them started to make a gurgling sound after flushing. Despite my bidet being outside of warranty, after contacting customer they quickly and gladly helped me to troubleshoot the issue and sent me the necessary parts plus clear instructions of how to replace them. Our bidet is working like new again and more importantly, I am confident Horow stands behind its products.
