Very disappointing experience. I ordered an air freshener system expecting to receive the machine with the fragrance, but I received ONLY the fragrance liquid and no machine. What am I supposed to do with the fragrance without the machine? I have been trying to contact the company to return the product and resolve the issue, but so far I have not been able to get a response. I paid $54.95 and now I have a bottle that I cannot even use. This is extremely frustrating and misleading. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company. I just want to return the product and get my money back.
