Please be aware, all problems mentioned here are due to device issues not the enviro team. They have worked very hard in validating that 3M is utterly negligent in how they package these 600 dollar headsets (no protective material of any kind, loose in a box) and in getting me a replacement. However, due to no fault of their own, the replacement has an issue with an irregular high pitched/consistent pitch whine when ANC is turned on.
