This is my favorite coffee and I wanted to place my order before my current supply ran out. Service was so incredibly fast I didn’t have enough room in my container for the new order. That’s a good thing by the way. Now, I have enough to make it until the Underpass Road facility opens.

The Tablahuasi Reserve is now a close second favorite to Captain Crosby! Its rich and strong and has excellent flavor!

PERU TABLAHUASI RESERVE IS A BEAUTY WITH RESONANCE High altitude and sunny weather make “hard, sweet beans”. SO notes say “tart cherry, milk chocolate and raisin” and I got all that and more with a nice clean finish when I brew by pour over. Lots of nuances in this that did not “get lost in the wash”! WILL I SWAP OUT MY INKA? No! I’m not INKA lined to do that. But this coffee will make a place in my afternoon rotation👍
