Rummo gluten-free pasta is the only gluten-free pasta we have found that actually tastes like real pasta and doesn’t fall apart like other gluten-free pastas. You do need to use it right away after you’ve cooked it, just like all other gluten-free pastas it isn’t any good the 2nd day.
