A little pricey but worth it
I love how my neck completely relaxes on this pillow. The inserts mean you can have the right height (I currently have it set up with no inserts as I like a low pillow). Washable and breathable.

My favorite pillow
This is actually my second purchase (purchased the larger one while on a trip to Japan). The pillow is great because it keeps cool and the height is adjustable. It's very comfortable and not too firm. I usually rotate from sleeping on my back to my left and to my right side throughout the course of the night. This pillow is comfortable at all angles. Just make sure to adjust the inserts accordingly.

Really good pillow!
Overall, I really like this pillow. I did need to request an additional insert as I needed it to be thicker. The one thing I would like is for it to be wider. It is much shorter than a standard pillow case so my pillow cases keep falling off. But my head, neck and shoulder feel so much better sleeping with this pillow.
