3 for 2 Berry Marine Collagen Liquid Shots (2.5g Collagen)

It was actually a recommendation from an Aesthetics clinic that started my journey with Supplements made simple, which I'm delighted with. I had read alot about collagen, however was overwhelmed on what to take, or where to purchase it from. I started taking the 2.5mg shots 6 months ago which I must say are so easy to take and the 3 for 2 bundles are great value, and taste lovely. My main objective was my skin, however I have noticed an improvement also in the condition of my hair and nails. I am now going to try the 5mg plus shots as I'm in peri menopause and would like an extra collagen boost. I also really recommend watching all the videos on site, as these are really informative and helped me make this decision!

I have taken 16 shots to date. One each day. The taste is pleasant. I haven't noticed any difference to my skin etc. yet but I'm still hopeful.
