We had a family squabble about it. But... Patience and practice and they have warmed the resistance down. Now I absolutely love them. The pups too and we get compliments. At first they seemed too much. But before you panic try them out. Both the pups and you will see they are a great addition to the pack. Great product. I'm super happy.
