Beautiful Artwork, Disappointing Framing

The artwork itself is beautiful, but the framing was very disappointing. The frame felt lightweight and flimsy, and the glazing created significant glare. I contacted customer service because my concern was the quality of the framing, not shipping damage. They initially discussed a resolution but ultimately referred me to their shipping damage policy, which did not address my complaint.
