Customer service for incomplete order is non-existent

The culotte is adorable with high quality print and comfortable material which is consistent with this brand. Reason for lower review: Morning Witch customer service has failed to respond to three messages over the span of nearly a month regarding the fabric belt, which was missing on arrival. I understand delays happen, but a complete lack of communication after three weeks is unacceptable.

These are even better in person! These are comfy and sized perfectly for me (2XL). The print is just stunning. I washed them on delicate cold and air dried before first wear per the instructions and I know they are just going to softer and softer as I go.
