The bag is of high quality; I'm very pleased with it. It arrived very fast. The only thing is that the key tag is not with the bag; I got two luggage tags instead. Because I don't have it, I can't hang the keys on my bag for the lock. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Decent bag for the money but definitely not master quality as claimed . I reached out to return the bag or exchange the bag but their customer service did not respond. Unfortunately they are not the quality I hoped for.
