Carplay works fine but the mount doesn’t stick to my dashboard at all.

I ordered two of these, and to start off there is no cartablet branding anywhere on the box. I installed one of them in my 2013 Chevy Cruze using the aux port, which I know works great on my car, and there's this weird feedback noise coming through my speakers. Additionally, the sound quality is horrible. I troubleshoot the issue by plugging the second one I ordered for my wife's car in and sure enough, the same issue. I plugged my phone into the aux cord just to be sure it wasn't the cars port and the audio was crystal clear. Both units have the same issue. I switched over to the fm transmitter and while the audio is better, it's not as loud as the stereo on the car should be. Very unhappy and feel as though I wasted the money. I could have gotten a normal plug and play screen radio.
