Custom Sideway Initial Birthstone Necklace

The necklace its self is light weight and does not feel high quality in my opinion. The chain is short so even on the longest setting it only wears like a choker which leaves a big gap between it and my next necklace. It is very shiny gold vs. a more muted gold which was hard to tell in the picture. If it proves to be durable I would rate it higher. The “gift box” felt cheap and it came in packaging (bubble mailer) that looked like it came from china. There was a second label on top so it easily might have. I am disappointed in myself for falling for all the FB adds! This waste of money is on me.

Missing 2 initials on necklace. Called company and received no response.

Feels and looks cheap. Stones are smaller than expected. Would notnpurchase again. Shipping tooka long time as well as they ate made overseas.
