Great product amazing results but u must take it and workout ot wont work if you just sit still or quit taking it after 4 weeks give it a week break but take it again.

Seeing progress!

I have just started my second bottle and are hopeful that this continues to make me good again in all aspects. I can tell somewhat of a difference having finished the first bottle. I will say though I am 67 yrs old still working a full time job that is physically demanding. Not giving up yet!
