I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order well in advance, but due to mistakes made by the company, it was sent to the wrong address and under the wrong name. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they were unable to resolve the issue or ensure I received my order before my trip.
I ended up paying for clothes that never arrived when I needed them. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to provide a proper solution made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
