This brand has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They state that returns take up to five business days to process, yet my return took two weeks and required three follow-up emails before it was finally processed.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that, rather than taking accountability for the delay, they blamed Australia Post — despite the tracking clearly showing that my return had already been delivered.
The lack of communication, accountability and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand and certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order well in advance, but due to mistakes made by the company, it was sent to the wrong address and under the wrong name. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they were unable to resolve the issue or ensure I received my order before my trip.
I ended up paying for clothes that never arrived when I needed them. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to provide a proper solution made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
