Great quality. Love the weight of it. I am a female. The Medium size for me was perfect so I could wear a hoodie under it. It was 12 degrees and the hood kept cross winds from getting in. I wore a thick hoodie. This thing glows in the dark! I was amazed how much it was glowing. I put it in my closet and it stayed glowing for over 8 hours.
