So soft and made well. This is the second one we bought bc my son out grew the first hoodie but we loved it so much we had to get another bigger one

Let me first start by saying the customer service is great. I had a mishap with my first delivery due to the post office’s mistake and they were right on top of it. Very communicative and efficient through email. They had a new package out for delivery the next day. Second, the quality of the items are definitely good quality. I am very happy with the items and will continue to purchase from this site. One of the best customer services I have ever delt with.
