Post Power Outlet – Gen 2

I have not yet had the opportunity to install or evaluate the product itself (quality or performance). My experience with customer service and communication has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through phone calls, emails, and social media regarding a significant purchase, responses have been limited and mostly nonexistent. Additionally, there was a pricing discrepancy in the quote and invoice that originated on the company's side, yet I was ultimately required to absorb the additional cost rather than seeing the issue resolved as a company error. I hope the product meets expectations, but the customer experience to this point has been terrible.
