Seashells Necklace

I ordered this for my daughter in April and even though customer service kept us updated on delay after delay we did not receive it until July, she had her heart set on this shell necklace - she waited patiently and absolutely loves it - well worth the wait!

I was disappointed with both the wait time to receive my necklace and the quality of the product when it finally arrived. Based on the photos and description, I expected the necklace to be made with real shells. Instead, the shells are extremely lightweight and feel artificial, and the necklace is simply strung on what appears to be a cotton cord. Unfortunately, it does not meet the quality I was expecting for the price. I was really looking forward to receiving this piece, so this was a disappointing experience. I would appreciate knowing what can be done to resolve this issue, whether that be a replacement, refund, or another satisfactory solution. Thank you, and I look forward to your response
