Velvet Bag for Adult Cremation Urn, Disappointed!!!

It's not soft velvet, it's very stiff. The drawstring is like string and the color is yellow not gold. It is probably tall enough but It has no depth, just two flat pieces of material sewn together. You should give dimensions of the bag.
