The audio/video sync is very poor. Delay of around 300-400ms. One Odio support replied that 200ms is acceptable to them as a quality standard, this is terrible performance if that is true. It is a hassle to return this product. Support offered me 5% refund and to keep the headphones. Support is trying to do anything except honor their return policy and provide me with an RMA to send the headphones back. Other than the audio/video sync lag, these would be great headphones. Comfortable and good build quality for the price. If you’re just listening to music they probably would be fine. They will not honor their return policy.
