Love these! They’re so much easier to breathe in than any other masks. We ordered the large ones last time and they covered my whole face as a 5’4” woman so I tried small this time. I like this fit much better. If there was one in-between it would be perfect but I prefer small of the 2 choices. It seals tightly and the ear straps are just long enough to reach. If you aren’t petite go for the large because the ear straps won’t reach
