Nice clothes with bad service

Clothes: good quality and size ok. Customer service and delivery: not acceptable. Slow reaction to the emails and delivery time was 1 month, instead of the time that was mentioned in the sites. During the purchase no info that they don’t have clothes in stock. Clothes were delivered only in one plastic bag that was broken, luckily everything inside were fine.

At first I got the wrong size but fantastic customer service helped me incredibly quickly! The sweater is really nice!
