Very disappointed

I ordered a navy show jacket size s and I received a grey size s, I then sent them an email as soon as I received it, had one answer to my email being useless, told me to use the refund portal which was telling me the jacket was no longer in stock, I sent ANOTHER email and still no reply after a week, all I wanted was to exchange the jacket… not happy at all
