Saudi Classic White Thobe & Jubbah

I recently purchased a thobe from myhijab. I found it strange thar their sizes did not conform to the usual length plus fitting (e.g. 56L) but thought Id give it a try nonetheless. When the thobe came it was too tight so decided to email them to sort out an exchange as I was instructed to do so on the website. I received a response stating that there were no other sizes in stock and that they would be happy to exchange for a different design in a similar price range. This was reasonable so I asked if I could exchange for a more expensive thobe (noting that I would pay the difference). Note that I responded within 5 minutes of receiving a response. I then received no response for a few days. I sent another chaser email and still no response. I am basically stuck with a thobe that does not fit and clearly the shop is not responding until the refund window closes. If you know what your exact size is then take a gamble but dont expect a refund if it does not fit.

Beyond my expectations

The best customer service I ever had. Quality is as good as described. Actually I ordered with the wrong size and had to exchange both received item and I was able to do so without any hassle and paying extra. I’ll highly recommend My Hijab to everyone and definitely be using it again in very soon. Thank you.
