Muscle Defense

Awesome taste and consistancy! I mix this with vanilla greek yogurt and unflavored collagen peptides. Occasionally, I mix blueberries, strawberries or Manukora raw honey.

My order arrived on time complete as described and I've started my daily consumption as recommended ... I used ice , water, & muscle defense (vanilla)in a personal blender to mix the ingredients ... So I’ve been using for a week haven’t noticed anything yet but from the first taste I thought it’s so good this could be dangerous no after taste and mixed very easily. I would buy it just for the taste can’t wait to see the results.
