I received the product the day before I was expecting it which is awesome. Took me less than an hour and a half to install it. Thanks to the video that they gave me a link to also awesome great product. Really support it. Will buy again if I need it. Save me hundreds of dollars.

Old door with new spring!

Very good. The instructional video was just what I needed. The job took less time than I anticipated, about 2 hours, which my wife said was good for me! The door works well now. Thank you.

Broken garage door spring repair

The new springs were a perfect fit. We had some difficulty reinserting the plastic tube liners but aside from that the repair went smoothly. We tensioned the springs a little differently than the instructions called for This was my first attempt at this type of spring repair and I didn't want to over wind the springs. I was somewhat worried about the need for letting the tension off so after ten turns of the winder on each side I advanced the winder one turn at a time on each side until the door lifted easily and stayed at all levels. I was one happy fellow to get my garage door back working again. Thank you for the great product, quick shipping and excellent instructions!
