Overall, this was one of the best products I have purchased and certainly the best DIY instructional video I have seen. Even after watching the spring selection video, I somehow managed to buy the wrong one. The return was smooth and quick, and replacement spring was shipped within a few days. Upgraded Springs

The shipment came as advised. Easy to install and New parts fit right into place where the old ones use to fit. The only issue was one Bracket was not taped to hold gear in place and was placed back in backwards. So, had to remove tension on spring and take second bracket off and turn gear around, then all was well. This is our second set of springs from this company. Last ones lasted about 10 years. The original springs lasted about 10 years as well. I look forward to another 10 years.

New springs

Using the provided instructions in the shipping box, was able to safely remove and install new springs. The instructions provided the number of turns needed to preload spring. Door is operating fine 2 weeks later.
