Shooting indoors I must use the EAR brand yellow foams to keep exposure down with these muffs. Unfortunately conversations are muddled out and range commands and conversations can’t be heard. Otherwise these are very nice muffs for outdoor use. All in all, I am still happy with them! A 30 db reduction would be great if possible! Thanks Fred

They fit as advertised

I bought them because I have always had trouble with headphones not fitting over the earpieces on my glasses. These fit and block sound as advertised.
