In ordered what I thought was a gray seal and received a black one. Cost me a fortune to send it back. I received credit for the purchase but lost money having to pay for shipping both ways. I won’t order again.

Great seal

I installed this just before the weather started to cool off, and it really cut down on the drafts in my garage. Temperatures were in the single digits this week, and the heater didn't run as much as it had in the past.

After receiving the item I call CS about weather seal being the wrong color , your rep was very pleasant , friendly and understanding my problem, very helpful correcting my problem .
