Sad. I thought in the photo it was actually "fringes," but there wasn't any real fringes. It was just printed on the fabric. I was so upset, because it's such a cute dress.

Looks nothing like pictured. Temu quality. No ruffles. It is printed on tassels. Very disapointed.
