No Customer Service Response

The shirt we received was nicely made, however, too small so needs to be returned. I have reached out twice to customer service in an effort to return the shirt and no one has responded. Very frustrating. There should be a much better way to return or someone should at least respond when that is the only way listed on the website to initiate a return.
