Easy to install and works great! I have an adjustable height desk so keyboard drawers with slides weren't an option. Though this was more expensive, I love it and glad I took the chance.

I am ambidextrous (I have to) otherwise different parts of my upper extremities, and shoulders/ start hurting. Whether I position the mouse on the left or the right, this is not an ergonomic design. If the keyboard tray had more screw holes to position the mouse tray would be better. The keyboard tray is also very stiff and hard to move up and down. I also wish we could move the keyboard tray side to side.
