Absolutely fantastic

My first review might’ve been zero stars and that is so far from the truth. I love these knives and the quality. So I got me and the wife matching Elvia’s for Valentine’s Day. She loves hers. It’s her new EDC. Not only is the knife amazing but the customer service was exquisite. I asked these guys to not include a receipt because it’s a gift. They told me that all receipts are via emails so not to worry. They want to step further and on the packaging put Bob’s hamster supplies. Not only is it hysterical, but just shows the attention to detail these guys are awesome both as far as the quality of product that they put out and them as people. This is the third LB I bought from Emerson and it will not be the last. Thank you guys again for everything you do.
