This is such a useful tool! I wish I had grabbed one months ago when I started crocheting. Instead of having my yarn balls falling off the table and getting tangled, this keeps them unwinding smoothly (great for consistent tension) and close.

The whirl is a great companion to the mini minder. It spins so smoothly and is small enough that it's easy to drop in my project bag and carry around with me. The wood is smooth and I've had no issues with snagging.
