This pillow is much more expensive than others you might see on Amazon but, in my opinion, it is well worth it. The first thing you notice is its weight. It has a feel of quality about it. I didn't use it straightaway, preferring to let it air off for 3/4 days as there is a manufacturing smell. Once in use, I have found it very supportive and comfortable and in a good position for my shoulders, neck and head.
