Overengineered — the new lightweight fabric misses the mark

I own several YoColorado snap shirts and love them for the designs, fit, and breathability. When the new designs dropped, I ordered one of each, excited to add to the collection. Unfortunately, this shirt (and the new lightweight fabric it represents) is a step backward. On paper, a lighter material makes sense, but in practice it looks and feels closer to a cheap Halloween costume than the quality I've come to expect. It also generates a lot of static, which makes it genuinely uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. The fit suffers too. The original fabric had a flattering drape regardless of body type; this new material clings and highlights every lump and bump. Unless you're in great shape, it's not doing you any favors. I've talked to other longtime customers who feel the same way, so I don't think this is just me. I really hope YoColorado reconsiders this fabric shift, since the original material is what made these shirts great in the first place. I'll stick around as a customer either way, but I'd love to see this addressed.
