I received my box and it was nothing I would actually wear, I was very disappointed as it was none of the brands they had advertised. I reached out directly to a refund or exchange. The associate I spoke with asked which I would be interested in moving forward with, then emailed back saying they they don’t do refund on these Black Friday boxes. Yet it says on the page with the box you have 14 business day to refund or exchange. I have responded to the email on Thursday December 12 2024 and they have yet to respond.
